Please try the following:
1) Locate your customer portal details in the ph9 welcome pack / documentation we sent you when we set your web site or email up.
2) If you can't find that your username is usually your main email address with ph9. If you don't know your password click on the "Lost your password?" link which will send you your password
3) Last but not least, if you have tried the above then please fill in the form below to ask us to locate your details for you. Please note that if you are a customer since Jan 2008 then you will have received a welcome pack by email and/or post. Replacing these details may be associated with a small charge.
